Since joining the team two years ago, Wang Xin has become one of the most decorated reporters at CCTV-International.He is best known for his unceasing endeavors in achieving balanced reporting in every story.

Travelling extensively across the country and occasionally abroad, Wang covers subjects ranging from politics to economics and sports. But his passion is the lives of ordinary people.

He likes to see things behind the facade. And he believes whatever the circumstances, the interests of the ordinary people should come first.

He has set a high target for himself, to become a truly professional and experienced journalist. He hopes that day may come soon. But he also knows that experience and professionalism can only be based on years and years of hard work.

Wang graduated from the Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2000 with a master's in Simultaneous Intepretation. He has a bachelor's degree in English from the Dalian University of Foreign Languages.
